Since the insurance organizations in different countries by providing very important services in critical situations (such as the occurrence of accidents, illness or hospitalization, fire, etc.) play a very important role in the peace of mind of their customers, therefore, in order to reduce The costs and time required to benefit from the services, the use of e-government services have become mandatory in insurance organizations. In this case, in order to register various requests to receive various services available in insurance organizations, it is enough for customers to join the website or system created by those organizations through the Internet and submit their requests online. One of the most important things in the use of e-government services in insurance organizations is related to satisfying customers and gaining their trust. In this research, we are trying to investigate the effective factors in gaining the trust and satisfaction of customers using e-government services used in insurance companies. استفاده از خدمات دولت الکترونیک در چندسال اخیر در کشور ما بسیار رشد چشمگیری داشته است. سازمانهای بسیار زیادی از این خدمات برای انجام وظایف خود و یا سرویس دهی به مشتریان استفاده می کنند. یکی از این سازمانها، تامین اجتماعی است. از آنجا که سازمانهای بیمه در کشورهای مختلف با ارائه خدمات بسیار مهم در شرایط بحرانی (مانند وقوع تصادفات، ابتلا به بیماری یا بستری در بیمارستان، آتش سوزی و...) نقش بسیار اساسی در آرامش خاطر مشتریان خود دارند، لذا برای کاستن از هزینه ها و مدت زمان لازم برای بهره مندی از سرویسها، استفاده از خدمات دولت الکترونیک در سازمانهای بیمه الزامی شده است. در این حالت، برای ثبت درخواستهای مختلف برای دریافت سرویسهای متعدد موجود در سازمان های بیمه، تنها کافیست تا مشتریان از طریق اینترنت به وبسایت یا سامانه ایجاد شده توسط آن سازمانها ملحق شوند و درخواستهای خود را به صورت آنلاین ارائه نمایند. یکی از مهمترین موارد در استفاده از خدمات دولت الکترونیک در سازمانهای بیمه مربوط به برآورده ساختن رضایت مشتریان و جلب اعتماد آنها می باشد. در این تحقیق سعی داریم تا عوامل موثر و تاثیرگذار در جلب اعتماد و رضایت مشتریان استفاده کننده از خدمات دولت الکترونیک مورد استفاده در شرکتهای بیمه را مورد بررسی قرار بدهیم. /downloadfilepdf/204012
