The rapid development of large language models, intelligent tutoring systems, and machine learning algorithms has significantly reshaped traditional teaching and learning methods. AI provides new opportunities for improving education quality through personalized learning, real-time feedback, intelligent assessment, automated content generation, and advanced analysis of learners’ performance. Despite these benefits, the integration of AI into education has raised important ethical challenges, including algorithmic bias, privacy concerns, reduced human interaction, excessive dependence on intelligent systems, threats to academic integrity, and uncertainty regarding accountability for AI-driven decisions. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and ethical challenges of AI adoption in teaching and propose a responsible framework for its application in higher education. Using a descriptive–analytical methodology and a systematic review of recent scientific studies, this research examines the major dimensions of AI applications in education. The findings suggest a three-layer framework based on intelligent education, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), and human oversight. This framework emphasizes transparency, fairness, accountability, and academic integrity while maintaining the advantages of AI technologies. The results demonstrate that, when combined with ethical principles and effective human supervision, AI can enhance learning quality, increase student engagement, reduce educators’ workload, promote educational equity, and support better decision-making. However, uncontrolled implementation of AI may increase bias, reduce trust in educational systems, and weaken critical thinking skills. Therefore, the future of education depends not on replacing teachers with AI, but on developing meaningful human–AI collaboration and human-centered educational environments. هوش مصنوعی در سال های اخیر به یکی از مهم ترین فناوری های تحول آفرین در نظام های آموزشی تبدیل شده است و با توسعه مدل های زبانی بزرگ، سامانه های آموزش هوشمند و الگوریتم های یادگیری ماشین، شیوه های سنتی تدریس و یادگیری را به طور چشمگیری دگرگون کرده است. این فناوری با فراهم کردن امکان شخصی سازی فرآیند یادگیری، ارائه بازخورد آنی، ارزیابی هوشمند، تولید محتوای آموزشی و تحلیل عملکرد یادگیرندگان، فرصت های جدیدی را برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش در تمامی سطوح به وجود آورده است. با این حال، گسترش استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در آموزش، چالش های مهمی از جمله سوگیری الگوریتمی، نقض حریم خصوصی، کاهش تعاملات انسانی، وابستگی بیش از حد دانشجویان به سامانه های هوشمند، تهدید اصالت علمی و ابهام در مسئولیت پذیری تصمیمات مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی را نیز به همراه داشته است. هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل جامع فرصت ها و چالش های اخلاقی به کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در فرآیند تدریس و ارائه چارچوبی برای استفاده مسئولانه از این فناوری در آموزش عالی است. این پژوهش با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل توصیفی–تحلیلی و مرور نظام مند مطالعات علمی منتشرشده در سال های اخیر، ابعاد مختلف کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در آموزش را بررسی می کند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، چارچوبی سه لایه شامل آموزش هوشمند، هوش مصنوعی توضیح پذیر و نظارت انسانی پیشنهاد می شود که ضمن حفظ مزایای فناوری، اصول شفافیت، عدالت، مسئولیت پذیری و اصالت علمی را تضمین می کند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که استفاده از هوش مصنوعی، در صورت همراهی با نظارت انسانی و رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی، می تواند موجب بهبود کیفیت یادگیری، افزایش مشارکت دانشجویان و دانش آموزان، کاهش بار کاری اساتید، ارتقای عدالت آموزشی و تصمیم گیری آگاهانه تر در فرآیند آموزش شود. در مقابل، استفاده بدون چارچوب های اخلاقی و نظارتی، خطر افزایش سوگیری، کاهش اعتماد به نظام آموزشی و تضعیف مهارت های تفکر انتقادی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. ازاین رو، آینده آموزش نه در جایگزینی معلمان با هوش مصنوعی، بلکه در همکاری هوشمندانه انسان و هوش مصنوعی و طراحی نظام های آموزشی انسان محور نهفته است. https://jarece.ir/downloadfilepdf/1002592
